It is a great heating pad.
It is a great pad for the entire back from hips to the shoulders. It is soft, has a 10 to 11 foot cord. Controller does not get warm. Has touch/click button to change warmness. The Hot temperature setting is perfect now during summer. Not sure how it will feel during winter. Does not bunch up or stiffen after power is off like some other heating pads. Only problem is it is difficult to disconnect cord from the controller which I have no intention of doing.

Best heating pad ever
I love the size of this heating pad! I can roll it at my neck for shoulders and still long enough to relieve my lower back pain. It's soft, and gets super hot!!

Excellent product. Times out so no need to work about leaving it on accidentally. My husband stole it from me to keep his feet warm at night. Ill have to buy another.

Really big and warm
It does what it is supposed to do. It heats up fairly quick considering it's large size. My previous heating pads wore out after a couple of months. Let's hope that this last a little longer, like at least a year.

Best Heating Pad by farrrrr! Last for years. Doesn't burn or wrinkle up! So smooth %26 soft on skin! When mine finally went out after 3 1/2 years, I bought the same one again.

XXL comes in handy! Controls are delicate! Sometimes it turns on when accidentally touch near the controls. Otherwise, works well for back pain. Glad I bought it.
