This printer is awesome! I used it to make an iPhone watch charging port and a keychain for my wallet. It's nice and compact and works as advertised.
This is my first 3D printer and it came nicely packaged. It requires some reading and watching videos to do what you may want to do but pretty cool overall. Low price and a very complete starter package.
These XYZ machine turn out nice prints. The Cons to it is XYZ forces you to use their PLA that runs out at 200 meters. Check eBay for the alternative for that issue.
The printer is very easy to use for beginners. I like the 6x6x6" print size and half enclosed system for my son at elementary school. I also like the free design software and free 3D downloads on its website.
Love this 3D pronter. Comes with all the software and accesories and material. Fits very nice in my home Ready to go right outside the box in less than 1 hour. There are many free files online to download (beer bottle opener, coasters, phone gadget, household items) and send to the 3d printer softerware for printing, 21st century living indeed.
This is the product I never knew I wanted or needed. In just 20 minutes it created a sturdy ring holder! The options are really endless and you can design your own prints or download files to use. You can print new wheels for toys or skateboards, missing parts, etc. So far everything I've printed has felt sturdy and of good quality. I also think this would be great for families who have creative kids interested in STEM activities! 3D printing is the future and the XYZprinting da Vinci wireless printer brings it right into your home.
it would have been much better if it came with a bit more filament add some more adhesive pads or a proper 3D printing mat to put on the base otherwise it works amazing right out the box
Instructions for assembly were good. However, beyond that, problems with documentation and support. Their website was down a couple of times. Returned the unit without trying to print.
Piece of crap came with cartridge that was supposed to have chip. Chip was missing. Have to get in touch with them have a new cartridge. What kind of crap is this you have buy from them for double the price. I'm sending this thing back. Also no heated bed for the price charged.
The software required to use this printer is terrible. There is no support for the mac version so in order to upgrade the firmware, I have to carry it to my PC and use the software there and have it plugged in via USB. Now I am trying to unload the filament but the software keeps freezing everytime I click unload filament. Sadly there's no other way to control this printer besides the XYZ software which is terrible!
