Yerba Mate beats chemical energy drinks every day
I've been the biggest supporter of these teas for over a year now. The ingredients are clean and legible plus the Yerba Mate is sourced from Ecuador and certified fair trade 🇪🇨

High calorie and mediocre flavor and Sweetness
They have a lot of calories. I think other than that if they were more diet friendly I might still drink it but I've had better Yerba Mate. Flavor is very mediocre and a little too sweet. I bought 36 of these drinks which is 3 cases. Not worth the 100$ I spent
