You have to let it air out before use. its amazing
amazing, so soft and comfy. Since it comes vacuum sealed it has to air out so it gets to the full fluffyness that it's supposed to get to.

Make it make since !!!!!! this isn't cool at all. The product was flimsy, lacked filling, was uncomfortable, and messed up. i have photos i pasted. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
