absolutely love these chairs. i like how you snap them into place instead of turn the knob. they seem to hold better. you do sit more straight up in these.

I wanted to purchase these last year. I found them on another site for a cheaper price. However, the shipping was ridiculous. I was pleased to see that when they arrived, they were fully assembled. And I tried one of them out when I received it it's very comfortable and takes the pressure off of your lower back and hips, very pleased with this product

All in all, these chairs are great. I do wish the “locking” mechanism was a little stiffer for when the chairs are in use, but no complaints otherwise.

I ordered a set of 2 zero gravity chairs and received an animal cage instead. When I contacted Walmart, I was told I would have to bring it back to either Walmart or FedEx to return it. Not acceptable - if the seller sent the wrong item, they should take care of sending a replacement and picking up the incorrect item.
