Easy to put up and has been safe so far i've had it for a few months and like it a lot more than the one i had previously.

Fantastic, sturdy pole. Easy to assemble and super easy to lock and unlock. Has stayed in place and I am 150lbs and flip myself all around on it so it's sturdy. Tips and tricks: clean your pole often with a rag and rubbing alcohol. It cleans it and improves your grip. Make sure you re-tighten your pole after playing on it and really trying to jolt it around. It helps keep it in place better. Make sure the floor is clean before setting up your pole.

This pole was better than expected! I love the way that you can go from spin to stationary mode very easily just by pulling up the bottom ring, which from what I saw on other affordable options, is not easy to find. Also that the height adjustment part is on the bottom, none need to be up a ladder trying to adjust it. Overall I love this and looking forward to getting to practice pole at home!

Love my pole instructions were a little hard but can be figured out by looking at the pictures I have figured out a way to make more sturdy I just don't want it too fall with me on it lol love the fact that I can change from spin to non spin since I learned on obe that didnt have the spin

Honestly I was a little nervous because the reviews about the set up, but the video on YouTube helped A LOT ! That will be your bestfriend assembling this pole, yall! This is my first pole and my first time using one all together. Overall, its very sturdy and i love it ! It also does spin and have a static mode. The manual shows you how to switch between the two

This is a great pole at a great price. It is very sturdy and was easy to put up. The installation instructions suggest it will take two people to install which is a good idea. I was excited to put it up so I did it by myself. Let me repeat, this pole is sturdy bit if you tighten it too hard you will cause a crack line in your ceiling. I plan on having a lot of fun with this pole and I love it. I highly recommend this pole

I purchased this exercise dance pole to incorporate into my exercise routine. I received it and put it together easily. It took about 30 mins to put together. I had to put it together in my basement because it is tall which is to be expected. It's very sturdy though. No tools are really needed expect for a basic drill which most people have. It's very easy to clean as well. I wiped the fingerprints off with a damp cloth and it worked perfectly. This is something that I would recommend for anyone who is into exercising and dancing. It makes the exercising a lot more fun and enjoyable. I definitely would recommend this to anyone..great quality and a great price.

this is my 1st ever pole & i absolutely loveeee it . The pole Is very sturdy , spins very nicely , the only reason I wouldnt give it 5 stars is because it kinda makes a weird sound when ur spinning on it for a while im not sure if its normal or not sense this is my 1st pole but other then that its greattt & I would recommend purchasing it !

Never got it . It was delivered late night at 9pm. After everyone went up stairs for the night .someone stole it off my steps . Didn't knock on the door and delivery driver avoided the ring camera. If your item is being delivered by fed ex don't trust it .
