Easy to put up and has been safe so far i've had it for a few months and like it a lot more than the one i had previously.

Fantastic, sturdy pole. Easy to assemble and super easy to lock and unlock. Has stayed in place and I am 150lbs and flip myself all around on it so it's sturdy. Tips and tricks: clean your pole often with a rag and rubbing alcohol. It cleans it and improves your grip. Make sure you re-tighten your pole after playing on it and really trying to jolt it around. It helps keep it in place better. Make sure the floor is clean before setting up your pole.

This pole was better than expected! I love the way that you can go from spin to stationary mode very easily just by pulling up the bottom ring, which from what I saw on other affordable options, is not easy to find. Also that the height adjustment part is on the bottom, none need to be up a ladder trying to adjust it. Overall I love this and looking forward to getting to practice pole at home!

This is a great pole at a great price. It is very sturdy and was easy to put up. The installation instructions suggest it will take two people to install which is a good idea. I was excited to put it up so I did it by myself. Let me repeat, this pole is sturdy bit if you tighten it too hard you will cause a crack line in your ceiling. I plan on having a lot of fun with this pole and I love it. I highly recommend this pole

I was hesitant about buying it because of some of the reviews and the price difference compared to other poles but its a great pole and secure will definitely be saving money from the pole classes I used to go to. I was a bit confused setting it up but the video helped

Honestly I was a little nervous because the reviews about the set up, but the video on YouTube helped A LOT ! That will be your bestfriend assembling this pole, yall! This is my first pole and my first time using one all together. Overall, its very sturdy and i love it ! It also does spin and have a static mode. The manual shows you how to switch between the two

the installation for me personally was a little confusing. once i got it, it was no problem at all

the instructions make this hard to set up, even though its an otherwise fairly easy process. once you attach the two main poles and whatever extension gets the closest to touch your ceiling, ask a friend to hold the pole while you unscrew the three screws on the bottom main pole, then loosen the aluminum cover underneath it to reveal a black large screw inside. twist your top main pole up to extend the pole height till it touches the ceiling and its sturdy. once pole is sturdy and straight, put the screws back in and tighten them to secure the pole height. this works just fine and then you can switch the pole from static to spinning if you wish! the fabricators really need to make more detailed instructions for this, they were very ambiguous.

this is my 1st ever pole & i absolutely loveeee it . The pole Is very sturdy , spins very nicely , the only reason I wouldnt give it 5 stars is because it kinda makes a weird sound when ur spinning on it for a while im not sure if its normal or not sense this is my 1st pole but other then that its greattt & I would recommend purchasing it !

Never got it . It was delivered late night at 9pm. After everyone went up stairs for the night .someone stole it off my steps . Didn't knock on the door and delivery driver avoided the ring camera. If your item is being delivered by fed ex don't trust it .
