Yaheetech 53.5'' Multilevel Cat Tree Condo with Scratching Post, Dark Gray

If my cats could right a review, I know they would give this cat tower 5 stars. They love it! They play for hours, watch birds from the perch, and play hide and seek. They are sleeping better than ever. I am sure it is from wearing themselves out from all the exercise. Great purchase and it looks nice and the gray blends in nicely with my decor.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this cat tree was when I assembled it. It looks even nicer in person and the material is so soft and clean looking. It was easy to assemble and my cats love it.Thank you for such a beautiful sturdy product. I'm very happy I chose this one.

Realistically should be 4.5 stars. Only issues i truly have with it is the lower hammock is useless if you dont have dwarf cats/kittens and the top perch stands out further than the base by a few inches making spacing awkward if youre trying to put it in a corner. Otherwise, sturdy and the ball and string had enough string and tensile strength to stay attached after my angels pulled the string out of the bracket and i tied it back around the metal hanger.

The instructions say you need two people, but I was able to build it by myself in about an hour. My only complaint would be that the hooks on the hammock are extremely difficult to open, attaching it took me 5+ minutes. The material is so soft my cats wanted to lay on it while i was putting it together. It definitely is a little small. My 11 month old, 5 lb cat (white) loves it. My 2 year old, 10 lb cat had a hard time finding a spot she could fit to lay on. She still likes climbing it though!

My cats really enjoy this cat tree, the spaces are a bit small, so if your pets are larger I would hesitate before choosing this tree, but the measurements are posted so I could check those before deciding. VERY easy to put together and has a nice feel to it, if your pets are small this tree can't be beat for its price.

This cat tree is great for the price. It is rather small but my cats love it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because in order for it to be tight enough to stableize the top the screw that holds the box and the rest of the top of the tree on goes up through the bottem and pokes into th carpet on the bottem of the box and eventually might come through the carpet completely.

Very sturdy nicely made. But my only complaint is the one screw that goes up the center of box compartment is about a 1/4 in too long and sticks up. It will eventually poke thru( and yes we checked to ensure that we were using the correct screw!) all in all it is a quality product for the price!

The cat tree is much smaller than it appears in the pictures. The hammock on the bottom is too small for my 7 month old kitten. The top bed is shaped like cat ears, but only one stands up. She likes the scratching posts and toy. It is pretty good for a small cat, but is too costly for size.

I ordered a cat tree, but unfortunately, it turned out to be too small for my cat. When I contacted the company to return it, I was surprised to learn that they did not accept returns. Instead, I was offered partial compensation—first $25, which I declined, and then $35, which I accepted just to move on. While I appreciate that some effort was made, I still ended up with a product I can't use, and the whole process felt frustrating and unfair. As a customer, I expected a smoother and more understanding return policy. I'm disappointed and will consider this experience carefully before ordering again.
