This is a wonderful home for my parakeet. It's big and I like the "patio" perch on top. I did have to put smaller food and water dishes inside the big ones for my little bird but that was easy. I also added a couple more perches and of course toys and treats. Doolittle loves it and so do I.

This cage is Perfect! I love the size, its nice and strudy, the shelf is a huge plus! The legs came in a little scuffed but Im not even worried about that! I am so excited to bring my birds home! ( toys in the cage in the picture was bought separately) would definitely recommend to anyone!

When looking for a birdcage, this one showed a picture of cockatiels, lovebirds, and other small birds in it. I thought oh great this will be wonderful. Upon arrival and putting it together I found out that the pearches as well as the food and water cups are more for a a cockatoo, African gray, or McCaw. Top also would not stay on without being zip tied. Yes, I couldve returned it and requested another one but it is more trouble than it is worth to do that so I just made it work. I had to buy new pearch and feed cups as it was a cockatiel that is going inside it. The pictures are very deceiving as to what kind of birds can live with his cage.

Only issue is the bars bend easy. It's big and beautiful. I would definitely buy again. Heck, I'm already thinking about it. I would recommend for any small to medium sized birds.. I wish it came with more perchs. Maybe half the dish size. My cockatiel thinks the food dish is a nest.

I am more impressed with the cage than I thought I would be. And it looks very pretty in my sunroom. I took a star away because the feeding cups are so large - and it is advertised as being an appropriate cage for small to medium birds...when it's really more for a large parrot when you look at the stick diameter and those huge cups. Also, fyi, the bars are mostly vertical and my one bird doesn't fly that well anymore, so I put a few ladders around to make it easier for him to move about. But we're dealing with that for now and other than that, my two lovebirds seem happy.

If you have one small or medium size bird this cage is great. I suggest getting multiple perches for your cage and not using only ones included. They tend to not be great on birds feet so try and get multiple sizes to use along with the ones included. Great cage overall but have seen multiple people ask if it's a good size for multiple birds. I would say definitely not unless its a very small bird. I have a cockatiel and I wouldn't put 2 cockatiels in this Cage. Once you add perches, toys, ladders, bridges ect the space gets taken up quickly. Besides that it really is a decent cage and has some great features. Not the sturdiness of an expensive cage but it isn't flimsy either. Good luck everyone and well wishes!

I received this cage 2 days earlier than expected so that was very exciting. The directions for the cage were fairly easy to read and follow. Everything came together quite well except the dome top. When putting it on based on what the instructions said, I found it difficult to get all the sides to secure to the rest of the cage. I finally figured it out and its nothing that cant be fixed with a few zip ties. The opening play top was a head scratcher too. Its almost as if you have to bend the doors to get the perch to fit. The perches are a great size as well but the longer one that is supposed to go across the cage is very unstable if moved too far to the left or right. Like I said its nothing that cant be fixed. I would recommend this cage for anyone who wants their bird to have space to play and fly around but doesnt want a cage that takes up a lot of space. Thanks!

This is a nice size cage for my cockatiel however the accessories are a big too large. The food and water dishes are over 3 inches deep so they cannot be used for food however I may try using one for water which might give my bird the opportunity to bathe. The dowel perches are also a bit large in diameter (7/8 inch) and the one that goes inside the cage moves a bit and doesnt fit tightly like the one that goes on the top of the cage. I decided not to use the dowel perch inside the cage and I will only use the top dowel if I decide to open the top. It also doesnt specify what type of wood is used for these perches which also concerns me a bit. The doors only have a single lock that keeps them shut which also worries me a bit because it could slide open especially if you have a larger bird. The cage is a great value though and I hope it works out well considering the adjustments I need to make and some of the concerns I have about it.
