Sturdy and well built! My kitties love it!

We purchased one of these from Costco. The nine-month-old kitties were all over it as I was assembling and they love it. Both are on it right now. If it was possible I'd give it 4.5 stars due to a couple of minor things: 1. This web page says "for Indoor Small/Medium Cats" but it doesn't say that on the box. Our male kitten is 14 pounds and still growing. And he wants to be on the very top! Fortunately it's quite stable and comes with a strap for attaching to the wall. 2. When the cat is on the very top and the next lower perch is also occupied, there's no safe way for him to get down. He went seven feet all the way to the floor. No injury, but concerning. I fixed by moving the top perch to the back corner of the top box, using the extra type A double bolt thoughtfully provided.

My cat loves the tree house, apparently my husband and daughter put it together with ease.

So I ordered it for my newly adopted 2 cats from a shelter.. I wanted something very tall, yet not so wide, and having as many varieties of stages like a swing, cat house box, a tray along with high rise seaters And this tree provides all Looks very pretty too A very good option if you are tight on budget and i think this is the cheapest tree for this height and for these many features. I am overall happy with it The only con I noticed is that its a bit wobbly (not too much) due to its less weight and humble quality materials (but now you can't expect premium materials at 100$ price point right?) My cats wont play too kuch on it but my elder cats loves to sleep in one of the house box on 2nd level. Overall i am happy with the tree (not sure if my cats like it as much as i do as i don't see them playing too much on it)
