There was nothing to dislike about this handy little saw for the price. It comes with 2 batteries that last surprisingly long and a spare chain. Just keep a can of spray lubricant handy and your good. Why pay more for a name brand? If you're not happy with it return it. But, I don't think you will.

Excellent product and the carrying case was a real bonus to keep everything together. Very pleased with the power for the small device and the battery has plenty of juice to make it last. All together, I’m very satisfied.

If you're looking for a small comfortable, easy to use chainsaw this is perfect. I'm an older lady who needed just something small that I could handle easy to operate.

Perfect size to carry around your yard with ease. Cut through some shrubbery easily. No worries with messy oils or gas just pop in a battery and go! Power level was very efficient and did not bog down when cutting large fist sized pieces of wood and limbs.

This is the second one of these I have purchased. We fight over who gets to use it here on the farm during pruning season. Not sure how long it will last but realistically, how many times will I use it? Not sure, but it was well worth the money. So far I have been able to cut a variety of branch sizes without any problems. I don't think I would throw it around like some of my other tools since the plastic looks and feels kind of cheap. I will just stay aware and it will be just fine. Some tools don't need to be "the best" and this is one of them.

This product is pretty good as long as the battery stays up, but the battery goes down so fast that you have to run into the house every 5 to 10 minutes to charge if they got a better battery I would recommend this product

Mini Chainsaw arrived and looked like it returned. The oil container was empty and the items were not put back in the case correctly. After looking at the chainsaw I decided it was too small for what I needed it for. Returned it and no problems with the return.

Cheap. It would only cut 3 lilac branches that were 2-3 inches width and the chain came loose. Could not tighten the tension on the chain as it wouldnt tension any further. Even chopped up the shield. Had to end up using a hand saw that I didn't want to do as to why I bought this in the first place which took me so long I didnt even finish out of frustration bc I didnt have the arm strength to do it. So, seniors, pass this one up.
