great value for price.

Kumari August 22, 2025

I had a friend help cut down some huge dead trees in my yard, but we didn't have a way to haul it all away. This mini- chainsaw helped me cut some of the bigger branches down to a managable firewood size. The two batteries came in very handy. As soon as one died, I was able to go switch it with the fully charged one and keep on working.

I had two 10' branches break off a tree during a storm. This little chainsaw was able to make quick work of cleaning up both branches. I would recommend this chainsaw for anyone needing to do a small amount of branch and tree clean up. It was easy to use and works great. The instruction manual does leave a lot to be desired as it is very basic and does not completely explain how to use the tool.

I love the chainsaw and small enough for a woman to handle and is very powerful. Do you wanna go out? Do you wanna find parking OK go around there and you'll find a ballet.

I got this for my hubby to clear out some trees behind our fence. It worked great and with the two batteries he was able to get a lot done in one day! Great easy machine.

Solid, attractive A/V stand

FinickyAndProudOfIt May 7, 2013

I've been looking for quite some time for something that would hold my home entertainment system. Because of the shape and design of the room, I had only a small, oddly shaped area in a corner in which to put the system and whatever it was placed in. As it turns out, this was a perfect fit, and looks pretty darn good as well. I have only three complaints, and all are really minor: 1. It takes a while to assemble, and some of the threaded bars used to connect the spacers/legs aren't too good at staying in place while the spacer/leg is being screwed on. It just takes a little adjustment to fix this, though. 2. I wish it was less expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for. This stand is DEFINITELY worth its cost. 3. It doesn't come with any cable management system. That is fairly easy to fix, however, with some cable ties, velcro straps, or other such devices. It easily holds my A/V receiver, cable box/DVR, BluRay player, center speaker, and a 47 inch HDTV, and is quite stable. I assembled it exactly the way the instructions showed, but if your needs are different (sizes of components and placement), you can easily change the assembly order to accommodate them. You will need to do some planning, so compare the heights of the spacers to the heights of your components. I do recommend that you place the heaviest of your components on the lower shelves in order to keep the completed assembly as stable as possible. All in all, this is a very good value for the money. I would certainly recommend it to anyone facing the same space constraints I had, but its elegant simplicity helps it to fit in with just about any decor. It is solid, stable, and has enough room for just about any system except the most complex (and expensive!) ones. This one gets an enthusiastic "Thumbs Up!"

Looks great for home, up to 8”. Not professional.

I have not actually used it yet. Just played in the kitchen. The manual is very lacking. First, it's not a Husqvarna. It'd be ok for house landscaping, but don't plan to cut cordwood. Came with an ok plastic case. There is no retention, so the stuff just slides around. In the case, the saw will be on its side (see later about the oil tank leaking out). Two batteries. They're medium heavy, so… I don't know how long they last. There is a charger that plugs into the wall, and has a cord out to a barrel plug that goes into the side of the batteries (can only charge one at a time.) Bar is 8”. It's adjustable for chain replacement and tensioning. It looks like there may be a “spinning wheel thing” on the end of the bar I'm pretty sure those are for better running, but also to seriously increase bar LifeLock span. There are several protective pieces of plastic to keep your fingers out of the chain. The blade seems sharp (several I've bought in the past were dull and needed to be sharpened before first use.) it does not come with a sharpener file. Nor did I see in the directions what size file you'd want. There is nothing in the directions about oiling the chain. There is a removable clear rubber domed cap on what I think is an oil tank. Pressing the dome, appears to me to be how you'd dump some oil on the chain. Perhaps while running the chain? Without knowing what oil to use, I'll probably just put in some 10w40. The cap has a hole in it. Obviously so it can breath when released. But I'm pretty sure that means that tank will leak out if you store the saw on its side. I guess I'll find out first time I use it.

The ad on this saw says it comes with 2 chains but it only had 1. That ticks me off. The instruction manual is very lax on information about several things. Like what type of bar and chain oil to use. No way to contact the company for assistance.
