Yale Assure Lock SL - Key-Free Touchscreen Door Lock in Black

Looks great, functions perfectly! East to install and program.

Just installed the lock a week, or so, ago and it's working great so far. if it seems to be lasting I will likely change all other locks on the house, apartment, and garage; in a few months.

Replaced a unreliable digital lock that came with the house. Liked the look and features of the Yale Assure Locks. Installation was relative easy - had some issues trying to hold things in place while inserting the screws. Worked perfectly the first time. Appears to be well built and should be a good value in the future.

Got 2 of these for exterior doors. The install was a breeze and the Z-wave Plus seamlessly paired to my smart hub. We were able to set up codes for all 5 of us in the family and also use "temp codes" to provide limited access. The great thing is that through the Z-wave connection to my alarm hub, I can monitor when each child gets back from school / sporting events and enters their unique code. At first I was curious if the keyless aspect was going to be a challenge / concern, but we barely carry keys anymore and the external 9-volt battery option is perfect.

I installed this on my closet door to add another layer of defense against my kids and any would be intruders. :) I did not have a deadbolt on that door, so I installed it myself. Was not terribly difficult....you just need to watch a youtube video on how to install one and make sure you have the right tools. After about an hour....it was installed and is working great. Would definitely buy anther if I need one.

My kids won't lock the front door when they leave home... We live in a very safe neighborhood but still... This lock is doing the job and gives me sense of security that it will lock automatically in time set. Also, I can unlock and lock remotely when there are friends and family who visits unexpectedly. I would recommend this product.

Now that it's working, its excellent. However, it was like pulling hen's teeth, to attain the cooperation of August Connect's tech support, in recognizing a connectivity deficiency between the bridge and the subscriber's data plan. It worked with bluetooth and wifi, stepping off the property, it WOULD NOT connect via a Samsung S8 Android.

Very user friendly to install. Can be programmed with multiple codes. The quality of the lock could be better and the touch screen could me a little bit more sensitive. I recommend this product, however this product could be better for the price that it sells for.

This lock was recommended by our home automation company as a keyless lock that would integrate smoothly with our homes Control 4. It does not lock remotely. You cannot check if it is locked or unlocked remotely. Very difficult to add temporary codes for dog walker or other services. Might be the worst purchase in our new home.
