We love our lock!!! All of our staff has different codes. It has helped us get in and out efficiently and safely.

This was easy to setup, install and add users. Give it a try. It meets all my expectations.

We have three of these locks, albeit a slightly older version. For two of them, I have to change. the batteries every week. I'm using high capacity lithium ion rechargeable batteries and each set las,ts approximately 6 to 7 days. On the third lock, getting virtually identical traffic, batteries last a month or more.. I like that I can control access through the app and can see who's coming and going. I've spoken to another Yale lock owner who reported similar issues with hers. Battery life is poor.

One of the handles had a casting deformity and would not fit onto the cylinder. I had to file the inner diameter down to get it to fit and seat properly.

Poor installation instructions and difficult to complete.

Can't get the smart module to be recognized by the application. Apple Home was able to see it, but the Yale Application cannot connect and therefore give the proper permission to Apple home.

I've had to replace 3 of 8 locks used in our Airbnb complex. I've had numerous calls to tech to repair non functioning locks. This last purchase was made because Yale refused to replace a jammed mechanism on a Assure Lever Lock with Touchscreen and WIFI. We were out of warranty by months. After all the trouble and the business we've given them we were only given the option of a 20% discount. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY….More trouble than the locks are worth and NO desire to stand behind a 2-3 yr old product.

I only had this lock a few years and it stopped working and just blinks numbers when you enter a code. Yale made me do a bunch of things before even trying helping to help me try to fix it and nothing worked and then they told me to buy another one and offered a lame 20% off coupon. Why would I want to buy something that doesn't work correctly and that they don't support!?
