I like the product and the packaging but the 9V battery was not provided. When ordering an acoustic-electric guitar , it's expected that it will be plug-and-play. It's surprising that I plug in my newly delivered guitar and I realize that it is not shipped with a battery which is a prerequisite to making it function as an acoustic-electric instrument
