Full control over sustained note durations
I have a P-125 digital piano (which I would not recommend) that accepts a half-pedal sustain. This allows how much sustain the notes have based on how far the pedal is depressed. This is in contrast to many sustain pedals that are binary and only allow for full sustain and no sustain. I've gotten far enough along on the piano to want the added control and this pedal delivers it. It does take some learning but it's much better than having a long sustained sound that abruptly ends when the pedal is raised past a certain point.

very good quality, easy to install. just plug the Jack in the back of the keyboard and you're all set instantly. nice heavy pedal, similar to a real piano. works great!
