We absolutely loved our purchase. We were thrilled...but spent hours trying to make it work and the soundbar would come on for 2 seconds and turn back off repeatedly. We tried every adjustment and completed every required troubleshooting procedure. We shipped it back the next day. It was especially disappointing because it was a gift. Also this soundbar was on a significant sale and the sale was no longer avaliable after the return was made to repurchase the identical soundbar in working condition.
