Gritty
I was excited to see this item, as I have been looking for a cleaner way to have the convenience of instant apple cider for my kids. The taste seems good, but there's a gritty texture that doesn't dissolve.

Disappointing
While the flavor is very acceptable, there is an insoluble grit in the mix that is significant and very annoying. When is enters my throat, it causes a cough.
