This rating is based on two uses so far. It's is much easier and lighter to use than my past mower. Easy enough for me to push without engaging the self propelled feature but when needed it works well. Another reviewer mentioned that it moves pretty fast wheh it engages and it truly does. Very Happy with this purchase so far.

Big Bang for the Buck

Jim78 July 20, 2025

The variable speed feature allows for a different pace depending on what area of my yard I'm cutting.

The product meets my needs

JardinProfessionell June 16, 2025

Bought for my father, 83 years old, have a 0.6 acre lawn to care. This is the product I wanted: vertical storage to save space in garage; self-propelled with variable speed, my father won't need to push hard; 22" cutting width enough to cover the whole lawn area. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Easy Setup, Powerful Performance

LEA277 June 16, 2025

Just got this mower and used it for the first time today — super easy to set up right out of the box. The engine started on the first pull, and the self-propel feature made a big difference on my uneven lawn. The cutting height adjustment is smooth, and the 3-in-1 design is great for switching between bagging and mulching. Feels solid and powerful for the price.

Weekend Warrior's Dream Mower

AlexM June 16, 2025

After years of wrestling a cranky push mower, this rear-wheel-drive beast feels like cheating. The pace is quick enough to keep me moving but never drags me, and the engine fires so reliably that I've stopped keeping starter spray in the shed. I love that I can tip it upright when I'm done—huge space-saver in my single-car garage. Mulching leaves into confetti is oddly satisfying, yet the bag snaps on cleanly when my wife insists on a “tidier” look. Only adjustment so far was lowering the handle for my height, which took moments. If yard work usually kills your Saturday, this thing gives half the day back.

Loud motor, good cutter.

Marlowe August 15, 2025

The machine is very capable and light compared to my Husqvarna I've had for 15 years. The motor is a bit smaller too 150cc vs 170cc. I think I'll enjoy using the machine overall so long as i use my earmuffs. This is my single largest complaint. B%26S advertise a lo-tone muffler, hower it is significantly louder than my much older machine. There is no gasket between the muffler and the motor. This might make a difference, however B%26S told me this engine does not have a gasket. I wish they would list these machines with a decibel rating. I also opted for the extended warranty for peace of mind. No worries for 4 years.

Nice mower except for the gearbox

Mike April 4, 2026

The gearbox went out after mowing a few times. Support was helpful in locating an authorized repair shop, and paid for the repair. I mowed another season, and the gearbox went out again, but this time it was after the warranty expired. I was told by the repair shop that it was common for the gearbox goes out on this mower.

Poor rear bag design

Chuck33 November 14, 2025

I bought it in April 2025 and it's the worse design of a lawn mower I've ever seen. The rear bagger blows out thru the top as much as goes into the bagger. The bag has to go in vertically so it can rest on the back brace or the hooks won't reach. In order to remove the bag it has to be stood up vertically again and half of the clippings fall out and I have to pick them up by hand. The back flap and the bag don't cc lose well and I get to eat grass clippings each time I use it.
