Kids leave the downstairs door open even know n winter. This is to alert us if they do. Hopefully it will pay for itself in saved heating and cooling costs.

Worth the price (budget).
It's lightweight. It sounds good/loud. The screws it comes with are somewhat difficult to determine which ones goes where. The screws are similar in size (length) but the heads are ever so slightly different in size which allows the brackets to fall off. The 3M sticky pads it comes with are OK, not the greatest, but OK. I didn't want to put holes in my Anderson patio door but the 3M pad didn't stick well. For the money, it's still worth it to have the security/notification of personnel entering the backyard.

Ok product
Have your own double stick tape on hand. The one they send is useless. Also description of parts could be clearer. They are way too loud!
