YardGuard Mosquito Trap CO2 Ready 1/3 Acr

Great product but I'm only attracting other insects except for those pesky mosquitoes. Maybe they know it's a trap. Other than that it works good.

Came and looked like it had been a return item, no Instructions or chord to plug it in and we don't know what else it needs or how to use it! Very frustrated, two attempts with customer service and first one said a replacement would be sent and to expect an email with shipping information when to expect it! Received an email and they want to know what's missing! Well I'm not sure as to no book! It's third party so I have to deal through email and it's frustrating reached out to customer service and they asked what I wanted and what parts I need, again explained it all and she said would you like a refund or what parts do you need??? I said refund! No reply and finally I said I'm closing this! Lesson learned, third party … not sure! Went back later and she said the third party is sending a chord and manual!! I had just clearly said “refund”! So i won't know for another week if it works and if it doesn't what will third party do at that time! It's mosquito season now!!

Product dose not work to address eliminating mosquitoes etc. I want refund on both units purchased
