YARDMAX 18 in. Gas OHV Engine Rear Tine Tiller with Dual Rotating Tilling

Tiller is perfectly fine, its good quality and gets the job done. I had an issue with unmatching tires on the unit and reached out to Yardmax, they shipped me a new wheel/tire no questions asked and resolved my issue. My issue was with the freight shipping. Someone is required to sign for the delivery but there was zero communication between the LTL company and me a simple phone call or accurate tracking would have helped alot. The original delivery date was given and changed multiple times. I didn't know until the day it was being delivered that it was scheduled for delivery, the company never called to let me know it was being delivered, I contacted Walmart multiple times trying to figure out what was going on in the days before and was reassured they would reach out to me before hand, I then tried to reach out to the carrier to figure it out on my own, they kept transferring me back and forth and I never got an answer. The tracking was worthless until the last 2 hrs before delivery, when I was already at work. I wish there was an option to have it delivered to the store, I would have much rather picked it up at the store or freight terminal than having to worry about if someone would be home to sign for the delivery, if Walmart could figure the delivery part out, it would have been a great purchase. If you don't have someone at home all day, it's probably not a good idea to order in this fashion, as they will return the unit if no one signs for it.

so far i have been very impressed with the quality and durability, delivery has been an awesome experience.

Arrived fast and without damage. Haven't used yet but everything seems good. Built solid should do what I need it to do.

The tiller itself is excellent. Very solid piece of equipment, easy to assemble. The shipping company PILOT was an issue. As the item requires a signature, someone has to be at home the day of delivery. Was scheduled to be delivered on a Monday and someone stayed home all day for it. The previous Friday it had arrived at a station just 1.5 hours away from us so we knew it was on schedule. At the end of the day on Monday when the item did not arrive, the tracking was updated to show it was back in Texas. 16 hours away, where it had been over a week prior. And no more tracking updates after that. After contacting Walmart customer service, they refunded our shipping cost. The item was delivered on a 48' semi trailer also. Take that into account when having delivered to home for the driver to be able to get back out. We live on a dead end gravel road so thankfully he called us before arriving to ask and we had to meet him in town and transfer it to our trailer to bring home.

Getting something this size shipped for free takes an act of congress I know, haven't opened yet that will happen after Christmas but Walmart got the job done and Capitol One gave me a nice perk to buy it.

Came with 2 flat tires one of which had a bad inner tube

The tiller came in poor condition. I'm not gonna spend almost $1000 on a piece of machinery that looks like it was thrown off the delivery truck and rolled down a hill. It's being returned and purchased elsewhere. It's been a hassle. Would not recommend. App wouldn't let me upload pics

Does not run right need to send back we have already contacted the service dept they said to send back need to know how
