shippment is a little late as the message said on delivery tracking showed but only by three days. NOT a big deal !! the box not damaged contents inside box packed nice and snug with tie straps and blocked up wooden pads for no movement for any rubbing on parts. I just started unpack items in box getting ready to start assemble unit . every thing looks great no damage to paint, hoses, beam, or motor. I'm very pleased with the unit thus far and the shipping people walmart used to ship this item. can't wait to see how this works after its assembled.

I am giving this a 5 star as it runs and splits very well. This is a very well built machine. I do have a problem with the pad went you stand it up the pad is way to small.

Don't ship with this company unless you don't care when your merchandise arrives! I ordered an item on Walmart.com on June 25, 2024. The item shipped by the supplier on June 26th to the Baton Rouge Cargo station in Tulsa, OK arriving on June 27th. The tracking confirmed the item would arrive on July 3rd and required a signature, so I had to stay home to sign off. July 3rd - no one showed up I called and was told it had been delayed %26 is scheduled to be delivered on July 5th. I stayed home all day again and no one showed up. I called the delivery company again and was told the shipment was delayed and is scheduled for July 6th! I called multiple times to the Walmart customer service, Tulsa warehouse, and the BRC. Last call I made to BRU I was instructed to call back the next day and I would get the approximate delivery time. I called back and received a voicemail that the delivery station was closed. I was upset because Amber knew when she told me to call back they would be closed! What a waste of my time! I could have drove to the facility on June 27th and picked it up! I sent an email to BRC voicing my frustration and asking for a status on the shipment. I received a reply that my item would arrive on July 6th between 3:00-5:00 pm. The email ended with a Thanks! No apology for the lousy service or non-communication. I paid for the product and the shipment! I deserve to be treated with respect! They advertise a “white glove service”. They don't live up to they claim! I will ever use Baton Rouge Cargo company ever! The supplier should stop using this shipping company! Worst delivery service I've ever had!
