This is an amazing product it's good for just keeping us warm on the porch and good for s'mores and a quick hot dog. Even to take on a camping trip. Not to big but does it's job well.

i was promised a 38 inch stove. By means is it 38 inch,more like 12inch x 15inch. So small. I feel so deceived. Did not get what i ordered. Can i have my money back . Thank you for your help

Missing a side wall. So this can't be put together. I am returning it to Wal-Mart store as Ican't take a photo.or use this. No paperwork for returning. I was really looking forward to using this.

Incorrect item and difficult return.
The item says it is 38inchs. It is only 36cm. The box says so and your online description is in inches. It is only 1/3 the size. I've started a return and the shipper is slow getting back to us. I put it together and put it back in the box. My wife's arm is in the photo. No way to get a 38 inch item out of a box this size.
