Highly highly recommend this bike! It came with all the tools and instructions package! The box was extremely heavy to move but, everything's in great shape and very good quality.
This bike was difficult to assemble. The instructions are a vague overview for different models, not your model and doesn't really explain much, not even how to use the bikes functions. But beyond that it is overall as expected and worth it. It comes with a cellphone holder. It has a front headlight, taillight with brake warning with blinkers. The drawback is the taillight is too far away from the back of the bike, so I will need to make a modification.
my 13 year old put it together easily.. instructions and diagrams weren't very clear.. it looks fabulous!! easy to pedal and ride.. ?BUT.. even fully charged, the motor doesn't always start.. SOMETIMES.. wiggling the cable going to the battery does get it started????????
item came damaged missing paint , bent fender and other metal items. the crank arm was not put on correctly and gave me a dead pedal and I about got hurt and stuck in traffic. the brand of the bike isn't the brand that I ordered and everything is in forney's not American.
The chain (motor to axle) broke on my first test ride after about 100 yards. Additionally, out-of-the-box, the disc brakes are partially engaged with no instructions on how to tune them. I’ll be bringing to a local bike shop to replace the chain, bleed the hydraulic brake lines and tune the brakes. I’m hopeful after these repairs, I’ll like the bike.
Rear wheel is bent How do I get a new wheel?
zero support from website or walmart so far. battery with 6 month warranty will not charge after only about 3 miles total usage of bike
One that tire is wobbly currently in the process trying to get it fixed no customer service support never buy from Walmart
I would love to send a review. As of now the bike was delivered but we could not set it up due to a defect. I have been waiting to here from someone to know what to do next. I am to the point of having the bike returned and payments stopped. I have sent pictures and still no answer. I would love to keep the bike but assembly cannot be completed because of the defect.
I opened the bike to it being pretty beat up. The screens were cracked and I can't find keys to the battery in the box at all so I have not been able to even try it out. Very disappointing considering the amount of money I spent on this adorable bike.
