Was disappointed that the blinds do not slide all the way over to one side. I thought they did when i ordered.

FedEx delivered at wrong address but I did find the package on my own but it was very nice

I ended up using the new blinds to replace my old messed up ones I had.
It came bent in a bent box. It appeared to have been shoved or a back door slammed on it. We have not received the replacement but from what I could tell, it looked nice.
They were easy to assemble..problem with pull rod falling off. 800 number for help was not answering, only wanted you to email them. You know how that goes!!
Two issues with these Vertical Blinds. Installing the track onto the brackets was nowhere as easy as described. Would not snap onto the rear bracket clip. Needed to press the clip to open it to allow it to snap onto the track for all 3 clips. I noticed that one of the 3 valence clips was defective and could not attach to the track. There is NO way to contact Yellow Blinds customer service for a replacement. Telephone just rings and email is unanswered. If I noticed this problem before installation, I would have returned my order!
These blinds look really nice except the plastic piece the wand goes on for opening came broken!! Didnt realize this until my daughter had went to all the trouble to help me put them up. I have tried liquid nails to glue the wand on but didnt work. i guese Ill try my hot glue gun but will have to only open by reaching the top of wand.
I do not like the fact the stick both opens the blinds %26 controls the positioning of the slats. Upon the first day of hanging they are stripped out %26 already no longer working properly.
