Yellowbird - Condiment Serrano - 2.2 Oz

Bought some little sizes to try at my local store. I'm getting ready to order some more and was trying to decide what to get. I guess Serrano is my favorite since it's empty! Excited to try the rest of your flavors. Love the fruity edge to your sauces very nuanced not just “hot”. Delicious 😋

I've been using this product daily for over 7 years. I literally can not get enough of it. I may as well have stock in the company without how much I've purchased over the years. I'd encourage you to buy it BUUUUT I don't want you to make this product harder to order.

My son and grandson started requesting yellowbird Serrano hot sauce as their Christmas gift. They live in Europe and can't find it there so I have now sent it twice! My daughter's family also tasted it here at my house and took one of my bottles. Now they are hooked also....

This is my go to condiment, and I'm not usually a condiment gal. Who needs the extra sugar and calories. But this is just right. No guilt and adds a little spice. I first stumbled across this at Gelsons and have been hooked. I love the clean ingredients, the taste is just the right amount of spicy for me.

It all started when I was looking for hot sauce on a camping trip at a small country store. The ONLY hot sauce they had were the 2oz bottles of Yellowbird Serrano. My husband informed me that the breakfast burritos that trip were the best we've ever had (I agreed!). From then on we've tried the other “flavors” but this one is our staple and goes on anything that needs an extra kick without kicking too hard. We now keep a regular size bottle in our van fridge as well as at home so we always have it on hand! Love it and would give it more stars if it were an option. If you're on the fence, get it! You won't be disappointed (unless you're looking for hotter sauce - then maybe some minimal disappointment. 😉)

I first had yellow bird at Blue Dahlia Bistro in Austin,15+ years ago when I asked for some hot sauce. I believe both the restaurant and the sauce came about the same time. I have a special place for the restaurant, they've showcased my art there almost since the beginning and treat us like family. To this date, yellow bird sauce is a staple at BD and our household. That's one reason why I love your sauce, the other being...About a year ago my teenage son was diagnosed with leukemia and has been ongoing treatment. His taste buds have changed and there are many foods he will not eat anymore, but yellow bird sauce is something that he continues to love and pour on all his favorite dishes. You have no idea how much this little bird means to me.

My partner is a huge fan of the Serrano Yellow Bird Hot Sauce, so when I saw that they sold a gallon size of it, I had to get it! This was the perfect gift for his birthday, as he uses this hot sauce for almost every meal. Thank you Yellowbird!

I can't personally get enough of this sauce, in the last 2.5 months I've gone through 4 bottles of the 9.4oz bottles. I put this on my eggs and chicken sausage every single day that ends in (y.)

Ive always considered salsa and hot sauce a food group. Im so pleased that my absolute favorite hot sauce is available in a gallon. Yes, its more affordable. My favorite part is the many fewer plastic bottles!!!

We love the taste and the bit of heat.We love this on almost everything we eat.I especially buy it for my popcorn addiction.I always buy it in bulk so I can share it with from friends. Will be definitely be buying it again.
