Convenient and Effective
Fiber is an absolute dietary necessity. Daily Fiber caps have are a convenient way to keep things moving. 3 capsules twice daily will provide a month's worth of happy bathroom visits. I recommend taking extra capsules when consuming desserts, pizza, or sugar-loaded coffee blends.

My husband takes these daily and appreciates this brand. He takes it daily believes it to be effective and likes it. This is his brand and it works just fine.

Love this product!
I have tried many fiber supplements. Some did nothing. Others made my stomach hurt. Daily Fiber Caps from Yerba Prima gets my vote for the best fiber supplement on the market. I have used it for a few years now.

It Works!
I'm on my second bottle - I take 6 with each of the two meals per day I eat. It has helped me very much. I'll be ordering it again.

Better than others
I have tried a few different ones and most don't do what they should. This one does. I take 1 a day for 5 days and 2 a day for 2 days and keeps it regular.

easy to take fiber supplement
I take this supplement along with a high fiber diet. A little disappointed that the dose is 4 caps but everything seems to be working.
