I looked at many products this was one of a few I found with insoluble fiber.

After studying fiber in depth, I realized that finding a fiber that contained both soluble and non-soluble fiber was very important. This was the best product that I could find. The quality has varied somewhat at times but always it has been effective. I know that because what happens when I don't take it. Thank you for a great product.

My husband has tried many different kinds of fiber products and says that this is the best one for him. It gives him the healthy "movement". It is easy to take. He takes it with water and drinks it down fast so that it is easy to swallow. If you leave it sitting for more than a minute, it will coagulate, and be a little harder to swallow.

My husband said, "It helps you to move (eliminate bowel". He has used it for years with his greenfood in the morning.

Been using this for years with additional powder vitamins as needed in my AM smoothie. Regular as clockwork.

I have been using Daily Fiber Formula for years. You can depend on it. This stuff actually works!

This is the exact same product I have been buying at the store; at about two thirds the cost. Wherever I buy it, I don't love the taste of the powder by itself. But it is a very convenient way to get more fiber into my diet and worth being creative about finding ways to use it in other things with stronger flavors. Among other things, I like stirring it into steamed vegetables with a range of spices.
