Yerba Prima Great Plains Bentonite, 16 oz - Food Grade Liquid Clay

I have been using Yerba Prima Bentonite for 10 years. I experienced chronic stress at various times during that time period and sometimes is caused digestion problems. Specifically, I would wake up at night with my head spinning like I was drugged or sometimes I would feel like I had consumed something toxic. I would take a couple drinks of the bentonite and about 20 minutes later my mind cleared and I slept very peacefully the rest of the night. Sometimes when I eat a large meal before bed, I wake up at night with a similar feeling, or I have really thin sleep with vivid dreams. A couple large drinks of the bentonite clears up the issue in about 20 minutes. I sleep like a rock the rest of the night. I only take bentonite when I need the clay, and it works wonders.

It has been tested just follow directions. I've had a hard time finding this item it was at the vitamin shoppe but not anymore. Glad I could find it at Walmart.com.

An excellent product which I use regularly to maintain a clean colon. Highly effective when mixed with the psyllium husk. Don't like that the price has gone up so much lately on it however.

Great product for detoxing!

As a matter of fact, I ordered this product for a friend who really needs detox. It is a great product, it really works the bowels well, especially if you drink enough water during the day. I would highly recommend that everyone take Bentonite, for detoxifying the body.

It doesn't work as well as advertised

I've been using this 2x and day for the last 3 days and only had one BM , which is normal. So I'm not understanding the world like a magnetic description.
