The dose of 3 pills is even too much for my husband, so he reduced to 1/2.

I bought this for my husband who had been over indulging during the holiday period and it helped him to clear a few pounds.

This product has helped me feel less bloated and lighter when taking it. It does make you have more frequent and fuller bowl movements and so you will need to make sure you have the ability to go to a near by restroom at all times. It does help with energy throughout the day as well.

I've been on the program for a week or more, I have definitely seen an improvement and I think that the benefits are noticeable, perhaps moreso if taken in conjunction with healthy diet and exercise. Good product indeed, so you feel the result on the 2nd day, when you go to the bathroom. When the program is already finished, you belly is more flat, and you are poundless, (about 3 pounds). Why not try it, nothing to loose. I will try some other cleanser as well.

the cleansing system seems comprehensive with myriad of ingredients from different parts of the world combining Chines , Indian and European traditions. be aware that first few days you should be avoiding out door as you will need the rest room quite often.

This product was not suitable for my husband who has a sensitive stomach. He took it as directed but he experienced stomach spasm and pain. He had to stop taking it after a few days. He was very disappointed and frustrated. This product may work for some people but not for him.

Prima clense (1 of the 3 bottles included in the kit) contains senna, which should not be taken for more than 1 week without consulting a doctor! Senna is a plant-based but powerful laxative, it can cause severe diarrhea, intestinal cramps, gas, and when taken long-term, it slows down metabolism and bowel movements. When you stop taking these pills after a month you will certainly experience side effects in the form of constipation. As for the other two components of the set I have no objections but taking all the capsules as described on the packaging can be simply dangerous. Not worth the risk.
