Best Fiber
I have been taking this product for over 10 years. Powder is better for me than pills. Taking twice daily has been the formula for consistency for me also.

I like the product because it has important ingredients for Colon health. The price is great, especially if combined with Swanson promotions. My husband and I take it everyday.
