I have used Colon Care for many years and have found it to be the best bowel regulator possible. I even find that I often do not need to use toilet tissue, even though I do.
I have tried every probiotic and trick to help with my constipation. These are working great. 4 capsules with a glass of water before bed and I am finally regular.
Im about to order a third bottle. It does the job well. I mix this with Benonite Clay, for daily bowel cleansing. No complaints and the price is a tad cheaper than local vitamin stores.
