it's powder fiber.. who knew!
Worth the money to get regular! Zero taste, so sprinkling it on fresh cooked/steamed veggies (my favorite) or on a PBnJ, even spoon some into your favorite smoothy! It is so good you will hardly know it's in or on. Splitting the serving per day is what makes it perfect.

Excited to Try
Product arrived as described and in a timely manner. I look forward to trying this and seeing if it helps my digestion issues. Will update review in a couple weeks after trying it for some time.

Meh
Accidentally bought... I use a different Yerba Prima product. This one had very little effect. Won't buy again.
