Accepted 2 weeks, according to the accelerated program. At first I felt very bad, but this is a side effect. Nausea and headache tormented, acne appeared on the face, dry skin. On the 10th day, everything went away. The result - the dream improved, the strength increased, it is easier to get up in the morning, the mood improved, the legs and back stopped hurting. Accepted as a planned complex after childbirth and GV. After many months I felt that I was just falling apart and everything was hurting, now everything is in order. Separately, I want to note that I took it in combination with chlorrella. The appetite immediately disappeared, stopped overeating and no longer wanted sweets. In conclusion, I can say that I lost a lot of weight, not with the help of the complex, rather because there were forces for sports and began to eat much less. I highly recommend after giving birth.

I love this detox! I tried it ones and I fell in love with it! If you need to loose weight for real and clean up all your system- this product is for you! The only thing is that you will have diarrhea for the whole month..but I stayed home and for me it was not a problem. At the end I was slim and happy!

it does the work for me. but the program last for a month is too long to follow though. thus I have used it for 7~10 days in one round, and went on with it every 4-6 mths or so.

So the main cleanser is good, I started doing the just cleanse after a few days bc 3 tablets twice a day was too strong for me. But not sure if I'm allergic to some ingredient in thr herbal or renews bottle...trying to figure it out

I was doing the cleanse and the effects of the first few days were quite strong , I had to go to the washroom quite a bit. I think this works but my only suggestions will be I wish it has more thorough pamphlet of what you can eat and can not eat. I am still In the middle of doing the cleanse .

Even though I chose to do the gentle course, I unfortunately had such an extremely painful reaction to this that I had to stop after just a day and a half. The pain persisted for many days and I couldn't even work for a couple days because the cramping was so horrible. A friend recommended this cleanse and has no issues, and I have a pretty strong stomach so I thought it would be ok. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this to anyone else, and iHerb helped me as they could to refund the purchase.

4 days taking it and lots of stomach pain, cramps and diarrhoea. Couldn't sleep at night with cramps and going to the toilet all night. Don't recommend this bomb to your intestines. Shouldn't be called women's gentle cleanse. And after reading the bad reviews it can cause birth defects if you trying to get pregnant stay away from this.
