These mats were a perfect addition to my home gym! They are the perfect size and extremely comfortable. They have good grip and are protecting my hardwood floor. I'm thinking of getting another set to extend them!

Great foam pads. Interlocking squares used for so many different things. Easy to clean easy to move comfortable to walk on.

Great mats for the cost
I bought these to go under a treadmill and they work great! They can be a little slick but they are the perfect thickness and were very easy to install.

Certified Instructor/3rd Degree BlackBelt Approved
These were perfect to do a room approximately 10'x10' with leftovers for some backsplash along the walls. I am a certified Taekwondo instructor who bought these for home use. Not ideal for a high traffic school/dojo but the right mix of quality and cost for a home practitioner. The only reason I wouldn't give these 5 stars is product cleanliness. The tiles were very dusty, which isn't uncommon for products like this just not idea (I've worked in a warehouse that housed these types of products before). I've hadn't the benefit of using many brands of this type of product over the years and can say you won't find a better deal per square footage as of April2018.

Cheap and not amazing. Maybe okay for the money.
A little under 3/8 inches thick. They are okay, but not really that high quality.
