Exactly what I was expecting, very pleased with this purchase!!

Wish the padding would have been a little thicker

I needed to support my back more while doing stretches for a slipped vertebra on the floor. The thin mat was not enough so I added this abdominal mat. It serves my purpose on the floor as well as being used as extra support if I do stretches on the bed. If you are having problems with back weak back while exercising this mat works very well.

Purchased for my wife who needs physical therapy for her back....she loves it.

Good size for traveling! quick delivery also!

Makes crunches so much more comfortable. The only complaint I have is the cushion is rather small and a person larger than me, butt may not fit on the mat. I feel like a get a better work out with this mat vs. without it.

The pad is more firm than soft, but still comfortable and effective. Please note, Walmart incorrectly sent me the tailbone pad alone, and not the full pad mat, so I can't comment on the mat. Overall, I would recommend the pad for those whose tailbones are sensitive during floor ab exercises etc.

Disappointed in this purchase, product is too small looks like it was made for a child.
