Great product! Pretty sturdy and does not get loose too often. Bought some 1 in. Spring Clamps from Home Depot to help prevent the collar from getting loose.

Appears to work well. Comes with additional nuts for securing weights. A lot cheaper than buying a whole bunch of kettlebells. Yes you can do renegade rows.

I was looking at getting an adjustable kettlebell but either too expensive or just didn't like. I saw these and as I have plenty of smaller plates I ordered a 2 pack. So far they have been great, no issues with them coming lose or anything. You can add or take off weight easily in about a minute. If your going to really throw them around or want really heavy may need to go with something else but for the majority of us average users these are pretty great.

This is a neat little workout tool. I have only used it so far to practice it's usefulness. The handle is comfortable. There are no instructions. The second nut is to lock down the weight of it doesn't take up the hole bolt section.

This is a great alternative to buying an entire set of kettlebells. For the cost of one small bell, we now have an entire set to work out with. Switching out the weights is fast and easy.

It kinda unscrews. But overall it does what it needs to do. If you have extra plates around.

I can hold 30lb better and useful for making old new. Must inspect tightness before use.

The handle is very versatile. One can switch between different weights depending on one's fitness level. The bad: the loading pin is very long and unfortunately the nuts are not tight enough to hold the plates when swinging the kettlebell.
