I bought this to help my children with motor planning, motor sequencing, and motor coordination. It is terrifically useful for visual learners and a wonderful therapy tool. In time, it will also be used for athletic training. For now, we use it as a "hopscotch" game of sorts.

Took a while to get spaced correctly. Total length and spacing lengths info would have been helpful.

I've used agility ladders for several years. This particular brand does not come with small stakes to secure the ends. Also, the distance between ladder rungs is not fixed, so if you catch a toe, the entire ladder has to be readjusted. I have to buy another brand because this one is useless

I wanted this for my exercise class for hand eye coordination and balance. I even watched people using them, so I ordered it. Honestly, I think they sent me a used training ladder. Then there is the thing where I thought it would be put together - NOT. The straps were so wrinkled when I got it that instead of sending it back, I wet the straps and laid them out in the sun with a brick holding it down on each end so it wouldn't shrink. All the yellow rungs are 'okay' but the real problem comes with trying to move them where they need to be. It's not going to be an easy task. once I get it set up I hope the glue I'm going to use holds.
