Should work fine for regular dumbbells but too small for bowflex dumbbells. Had to return.

Received the wrong item, so I put in to return the item that was sent. The company emailed me asking me to allow them to send the correct item. They provided a fake tracking number and the item never came. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.
