great for tight calf muscles
pretty heavy duty little calf stretcher for the price. adjust to various angles. heavier than I expected so it's not going anywhere when I stretch on it. my gym doesn't have this particular item. I am seriously considering buying them one as a gift because it is so dang useful. i have plantar fasciitis...probably from the overly tight calf muscle. this seriously helps take pressure of the bottom of the foot when I stretch the calf.

Packed terribly, and had a big chunk of wood missing. I returned it, looked for another one on Amazon and it's selling there for $25. Sane brand, same style.
