Great pull up bar for those with big door frames. Very solid construction. Would recommend

Honestly, the frame is of higher quality than I expected. It's pretty rugged. The way it hangs on the wall, don't expect to do any kipping on this bar. There isn't enough room to swing. I like that there is flexibility in where you hang the mounting hooks, so that you can adjust for differently spaced studs (if you're hanging it on an interior stud-and-drywall wall, hanging it in the studs is a necessity). I gave four stars instead of five because I feel like they could put larger diameter "bumpers" on the back of the frame - anyone bigger than me (5'7" and 160%23) will probably drive these little things straight through the drywall, and also the cushions on the handles twist. I've taken them off and replaced with some bicycle handlebar wrap. Otherwise, I think it's a great unit for the price.

The assembly was RIDICULOUS! Worst I've seen. But once it's done you learn it's too big for any doorway in the entire home. The bar is VERY WIDE and can't fit any doorway because of that width. So it sits on the floor, unused. Very disappointed.
