My sun shade is doing
My sun shade is doing it's job as is my neighbor's and we are very happy. I have been wondering why I have not gotten any information on the returns I sent back and the refunds. Any info on this would be appreciated.

Shade sail
So far so good. Good quality, heavy duty sail. Used on my screen patio in South Carolina to keep heavy rain and wind from blowing onto patio. Works perfect.

Its exactly what I wanted
Its exactly what I wanted however I ordered qty 5 received 2 on first delivery, after contacting customer support about missing qty 3 they investigated and said they would send the remaining balance to me. I just received shipment and they only shipped qty 2. Called customer support again and haven't received a call back and need for a funeral next week. I'M STILL SHORT QTY 1.

I've ordered 4 of these in beige color as for this last one but this color looks much more orange than beige

Disappointed in fabric.
This is really more of a tarp. Tarp fabric. Other shade sail ordered was nicer, classier fabric. And less expensive. I should have read more details.
