Received item in a damaged box with one end open. No plastic hangers were in the box. Tried to file a complaint and ask for those parts to be shipped. Was told I needed to print a label, no printer. Box it up, box was destroyed so would have to find a box. And take it to a FedEx pickup. With the weather we're having and 73 years old, I haven't been out of the house except for a few trips to mailbox. Very disappointed with this kind of service. Will buy from Amazon in the future.
