Small price for a small piece of equipment
You get what you pay for. It's small, so using it with anything but a vertically mounted mic will be a waste of time.

Small, Damaged, Not going to help you isolate
First off, the thing is tiny, guess I should have expected that based on dimensions, but the foam has absolutely no substance and it came beat up (foam on the left was cut up, foam in the middle was pressed/permanent compacted. I thought this might help with some recording, but it's useless. Don't skimp, spent $100+ on a well built product. I wish I had.
