Solidly Built!
This is an awesome Treadle feeder. It's a good heavy gauge of metal, they put spring loaded clips to hold the lid on. There were extra screws and all of the screw holes had threaded studs on them. That's quality! Just be sure to follow all of the pictures verbatim ie. this arm goes on the outside of that are, etc. I put a weight (little 2X4) on the feed cover so it closes solidly.

Mousehouse
The only living thing to use this has been a rat or mice. Something built a nest inside the top part and the only way it could have done that is through the retracting lid. So a rat or a big mouse stood on the lid went underneath and up into the top and built a nest. I guess I will have to say it was a waste of money on my party.
