Brown Porch Awning
Very prompt shipment and the product quality exceeded my expectations. Seems very sturdy and attractive. One issue with no response from yescomusa is the last instruction to 'seal all seams with the glass glue'. Nowhere in either Parts Provided or the list of needed items is there mention of glass glue. Since the product is polycarbonate it seems a clear silicone would work fine. I have not completed this step. Anyone else want to share their thoughts on this? As other reviewers have mentioned the directions take a bit of patience but when installed looks very functional. So far so good - but we'll see how it holds up to coastal rains, winds and western exposure over time! For the cost it seems to be a great solution for unprotected entryways.

Like product appearance and need a response soon.
Two panels from ten arrived with slight damage to corners from packaging being mishandled in shipping. Four days ago i contacted Yescom for a resolution and sent about ten pics and have not heard anything. There were holes rips dents and tears in the cardboard outer boxing even though the boxes clearly stated fragile - handle with care on them...? Wondering about their ship service?

Wonderful Product
We were looking to get rid of the 1980's awning over our door that didn't allow ANY light in my "new home office" and wanted something that would still provide coverage for entering. This is the product! We live in a non-heavy snow region so was not worried about snow load. It is lightweight, and easy to install! Once we got the old one down, it took less the an hour and BOOM done.

Polycarbonate awnings
I had looked everywhere for the leak in our outdoor shed. Tried everything. Bought the awnings. Our son install them for us. It has rained several times since the installation and the shed has remained dry. HAPPY HAPPY
