Yescom Foldable 2 in 1 Treadmill Under Desk Compact Motorized Running Jogging Machine 1.5 HP Clearance

Item was easy to install and awesome to use. Easy to read numbers, thank you.

1st thing i did not like is i can find no brand name in users manual or a logo on the machine. it would be helpful to look it up and utube and learn about it. i am unsure what the computer will or wont do. some instructions to read but i learn by seeing a demonstration much better than reading some technical instructions. puzzles me why a manufacturer would not put their name on their product. makes me suspicious i reckon. no help information that i can find. very odd. anyhow so far is working and was fairly easy to unbox and assemble. seems to do what it is supposed too. but if i have trouble it has no brand name and finding any help will be difficult to impossible.

the treadmill was damaged when shipped. Cardboard Box was torn and messed up all over with tape all over cardboard. the right adjuster is broken. there is a hole broken out of each side of side rails. I would like right side height adjuster replaced. could I get a little price adjust for the damaged side rails? I have pictures of box when it arrived, The treadmill works, but I can not adjust height of incline.

I would give it no stars, by far the worst experience. When I received this product I was excited it came in early, however it didn't work. The machine would not turn on and the remote would not work at all. I even put new batteries in the remote. It comes with oil for the belt and everything had oil residue on it from shipment. I followed the manual and the machine and remote would not work. So I contacted the seller (do not buy from this company) I originally just wanted an exchange, explained the product was defective, that I just wanted an exchange. However over a week of back and forth and no resolution I asked for a refund and a label to send the broken product back. They still have not sent a label, and avoided anything about exchange or refund. Avoid this company and product! Do not waste your time!

I emailed about it not being the right sizes. Was told I'd have to load it up , take to UPS store and PAY SHIPPING COST!! I ordered it off line because I have a small car!! So made room, just opened and it DON'T WORK looks USED.

disliked that the machine does not work. the treadmill does not move. received defected exercise machine and I need this for health reasons. returning it for a FULL REFUND!!!

I brought this treadmill, and it did not work. The remote is flimsy. although it was easy to assemble, it's a headache trying to return it. Im still waiting to hear back from the company

Item did not work. After dealing with delivery and putting together the motor and panel did not come on. Now I have the hassle of repacking and returning.

This does not have a manual incline, although it says it does. Paid extra for this vs others for that feature. Disappointed. Track itself does work well.

I have been trying to return this since Feb.1. I've contacted.the company 3 times and get no response. I don't recommend this company!!!
