I do light workouts like slow jogs and speed walking. It gets the job done. However, I would not recommend for someone who is an adamant runner.

I am a 77 year old great grandma on oxygen 24-7. I got this to help me build up my lung endurance. It's easy to use. I turn to music on the tv and it helps the time go by faster. The setting is set on 7 since 5 seems a bit slow for me. Maybe my weight will drop too! I wasn't sure about it because I don't have much money to spend on extras but it was worth the money and in my price range. I would recommend buying one.

Really great for the price! It's mechanical and has different speed settings. It tracks distance, time elapsed, and calories burned. The only thing is that you have a much smaller space to walk or run, which was tough to get used to. But it's worth it for the small size, since anything bigger than this would not have fit in my studio apt.

The size is perfect for my home office space, right in the corner and can adjust my tv or monitor accordingly. Specifically, I'm walking on it for rehabilitation from a back injury. It supports my weight and has more than enough rpm for my speed. It's surprisingly stable, given it's compact size (which is also a plus because it's easily folded) and I'm sure a light jog would present no problems, sprinting- you'd have to be arrow tight in the lane, but definitely doable. A replacement belt would extend the lifetime of this model and be all you need for a lifetime.

The 1100w electric treadmill I ordered from Yescom arrived in a very timely manner, I didn't accept it when it arrived and sent it back there were a problem when I ordered it because I wonted it in the color black the one that arrived were white no fault of Yescom will order another when I get the refund minus shipping cost from the one they shipped to me I'm sure I would of been very satisfied with it if was black instead of white 5🌟's for there swift delivery....I'll reorder the black one.

Liked everything except I had to figure out how to keep the display up. Instructions should have said to take out the screws that were already there and replace them with the knobs

It dose work the job. It's kind of bulky. I had other models that's slimmer and lighter but it's fine for me because it fits the space that I have. But if you're looking for a foldable one for small space, I don't recommend this one. The thing that I like the most is the treadmill will stay in place unlike other models that it keeps moving to the sides the more you use it. Another things that I like is that you don't need remote control like other models that when the remote stops working you have to throw the whole treadmill away. It's strong and needs a little assembly tho… I'm a woman and it took me an hour to assembly

Hello, We got the machine damaged. The items were missing. However, customer service gave us refund fairly soon and as well as shipping company came and picked up the machine with out any issue. We are satisficed with the company and we may buy later similar machine.

It arrived promptly. It was a bit heavy, yet was able to get it inside with the help of my son. I have a small house, and this is perfect in my TV room off to the side. My children love using it while watching TV after school. It is the perfect way to release some stress and transition back to home.

When Delivered the Box was badly damaged and when I finally opened up the Box last week and removed the treadmill I seen that the Treadmill was broken, I should've expected that because how badly the Box it came in was broken. I am having a hard time getting my $238.00 back
