Not sure on the battery life since I just got it. tried it out for the first time today and seems pretty accurate. I tried to take a picture of the display but i couldn't get it. This first hole at my par 3 course is 115 yd according to the score card, the range finder said 111 - pretty close! modd m2 is for golf....aim for the flag, hit the mode button and it vibrates when it finds the flag and then displays the yardage. great price and fast shipping.

Just got it and it seems to have all the features I need. Works pretty good. It's kind of lighter than I thought it would be, mostly plastic and not metal, I hope it holds up but I'll have to wait and see on that.
